Return Policy

Galianostore.com aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items and receive a refund for the returned products, provided that the conditions below are met.

Return Timeframes and Costs

To offer greater flexibility, we provide two return windows:

• From the 1st to the 14th day after delivery: the return is completely free of charge.

• From the 15th to the 30th day after delivery: the return is subject to a fee. The return shipping cost will be deducted directly from your final refund.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Security Tag: the item must be tried on without removing the tag or security seal. Returns with tags or seals that have been cut, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted.

• Product Condition: items must not have been worn, washed, ironed, or treated in any way. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

• Packaging: items must be properly packed in their original packaging or in an equally sturdy box suitable for transport.

• Internal Labels: all product labels, whether sewn-in or hanging, must remain intact.

• Deadline: the parcel must be physically handed over to the courier no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was received.

• Excluded Items: for hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, briefs, swimwear, and perfumes cannot be returned.

• Proof of Purchase: the original receipt must be included inside the parcel. Without the receipt, we will not be able to process the refund.

Please note: if even one of the above conditions is not met, Galianostore.com reserves the right to reject the return and send the goods back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Procedure

Follow the steps below to complete your return request.

1. Submit the Request Through Your Account

Log in to your personal area on Galianostore.com by entering your email address. You will receive a one-time code that will allow you to access your account without a password.

Important: enter your email address without any spaces before, after, or within the address. Spaces may prevent you from accessing your account correctly or from completing the return request.

Once logged in:

1. Open the relevant order.

2. Select the products you wish to return.

3. Confirm and submit the return request.

2. Return Approval and DHL Label Creation

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email containing a link to the DHL Easy Return portal, where you can create your shipping label.

At this stage as well, make sure you enter your email address correctly and without any spaces.

On the DHL portal, you will need to:

• enter your details and order number;

• choose between home collection and drop-off at a DHL Service Point;

• download and print the PDF label that you will receive by email.

3. Prepare the Parcel

Place the following inside the parcel:

• the items you wish to return;

• the original receipt.

Attach the DHL label to the outside of the parcel, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping labels.

Returns from Non-EU Countries

The DHL Easy Return service does not handle returns from countries outside the European Union.

In these cases:

• return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility;

• any customs duties and charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility;

• the customer must contact Customer Service before shipping the return in order to receive all necessary instructions.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, Galianostore.com will send you a confirmation email.

• Refund Method: the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, such as credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• Processing Time: several business days may be required between receipt of the parcel, inspection of the goods, and issuance of the refund.

• Deducted Costs: for returns made between the 15th and 30th day after delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Non-Refundable Costs: the original shipping charges and any cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
