Returns

Galianostore.com is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by offering the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are intact and have never been used. 

Returns are free as long as they are completed within 14 days of purchase. 

Returns made after 14 days from the date of purchase will incur a charge to the customer. Returns must be made at the customer's responsibility within 30 days of delivery, and only if the returned items are intact and unused.

Return Conditions

To return one or more items to Galianostore.com, customers must comply with the following conditions:

A) Items may be tried on but not used, and the original tag must remain intact. Returns will only be accepted with the tag in perfect condition — whether a plastic seal with string or, in the case of certain shoes, a label attached to the sole. Returns with cut, broken, removed, or tampered tags will not be accepted.

B) Items must not be worn, ironed, washed, or altered in any way.

C) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and packed appropriately.

D) All original labels, both fabric and hang tags, must remain attached and intact.

E) Returned items must be physically handed over to the courier within 30 days from the delivery date.

F) Customers wishing to exchange for another size, color, or item of equal or greater value must start the return process selecting the reason “Exchange” to be contacted by Customer Care.

G) Returns will not be accepted for underwear, socks, briefs, swimwear, or perfumes.

H) - It is mandatory to include the original receipt for the purchase inside the package. Without the receipt, the return will not be accepted.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the return being refused and the item sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these simple steps:
 
1. Log in to your account
Go to Galianostore.com and enter your email address. You will receive a one-time code to access your account — no password needed.
 
2. Select items to return
Once logged in, open the relevant order, select the items you wish to return, and confirm your return request. You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email to print out.
 
3. Preparing the package
Package the items to be returned using the original packaging or equivalent and suitable packaging. Remember to include the original receipt for the purchase inside the package, as this is necessary for proper processing of the return.
 
4. Shipping
Shipping is at the customer's expense and is their responsibility, and they will organize it directly.

5. Inspection and conditions
All returned items will be checked to verify their condition. Socks, briefs, swimwear, other underwear, and perfumes cannot be returned. Galianostore.com reserves the right to apply charges if returned items are not suitable for resale.

Returns and exchanges cannot be made at Galiano Boutique stores.

Refund

If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return authorization. The refund will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal (if the order was paid by PayPal), or bank transfer (if the order was placed by bank transfer or cash on delivery). There may be a few days between the date the return is received and the date of the refund. Refunds do not include shipping and cash on delivery charges. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
