Refund policy

Galianostore.com wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items and receive a full refund.

Return Times and Costs

Flexibility is important to us, which is why we offer two return windows:

• From the 1st to the 14th day after delivery: The return is completely free.
• From the 15th to the 30th day after delivery: Returns are subject to a fee. Shipping costs will be deducted directly from your final refund.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, it is essential that you meet the following conditions:

• Security Tag: The item must be tried on without removing the tag or warranty seal. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been cut, removed, or tampered with.
• Product Condition: Items must not have been worn, washed, ironed, or otherwise treated. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
• Packaging: Items must be adequately packaged in their original packaging or a similarly sturdy box.
• Internal Labels: All garment labels (fabric or hanging) must be intact.
• Expiration: The goods must be physically delivered to the courier no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• Excluded Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, socks, briefs, swimwear, and perfume.
• Fiscal Document: It is mandatory to include the original receipt inside the package. Without the receipt, we will not be able to process your refund.

N.B.: In the event of failure to comply with any of these conditions, Galianostore.com reserves the right to refuse the return and return the goods to the sender at the sender's expense.

Return Procedure:

Follow these steps to complete your return in minutes:

 

1. Request in your Account 
   Log in to your reserved area on Galianostore.com by entering your email address. You'll receive a one-time code for password-free access. Open the relevant order, select the products you wish to return, and confirm the request.
   
2. DHL Label Generation
   Once your return is approved, click the link on the DHL Easy Returns portal to generate your shipping label:
   
   - Enter your details and order number.
   - Choose whether you prefer home collection or delivery to a DHL Service Point.
   - Download and print the PDF label you will receive via email.
   
   
3. Package preparation
   Place the items and the original receipt inside the package. Apply the DHL label to the outside, making sure to cover any previous shipping labels.
   
4. Returns outside the EU
   The "Easy Returns" service does not handle returns from non-EU countries. In these cases, shipping costs and any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Before proceeding with the return, please contact customer service for all the necessary information.
   

Refund 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

• Method: The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
• Timing: It may take a few days between receiving your package and issuing your refund.
• Deducted costs: Please note that for returns made between the 15th and 30th day, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs are never refundable.
