In the 1960s, André Courrèges founded his eponymous brand with the aim of defining the look of the modern woman, characterized by simple, geometric cuts. The father of the "space age" style, he is credited with the first miniskirt, A-line dresses, and experimentation with vinyl and PVC for garments.
Current creative direction is entrusted to Nicolas De Felice, who bases his collections on a reinterpretation of the original design spirit.
