Return and exchanges


Galianostore.com wishes to ensure complete satisfaction to their customers also by offering the opportunity to return one or more ordered items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return of the goods are at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer that will need to act within 30 days after delivery date and then only if the goods meet all the “conditions of return” listed below.


In order to return one or more item(s), some conditions to respect are mandatory:

A) - All items for sale on the site Galianostore.com are delivered with an authenticity card attached to the clothing using a disposable safety seal bearing Galianostore.com logo. The clothing must be tried for size without removing this card and without damaging the seal. Returns will be accepted only with the safety seal perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal on wire or in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. We will in no case accept returns with the safety seal chipped, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with.

B) - The Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.

C) - The items needs to be returned under the same conditions in which they were shipped to the customer and must be wrapped and packed properly.

D) - All the other labels of the item, both in tissue or pending, must never be removed from the article.

E) - The goods to be returned must be handed over only to Courier within 30 days from the date of delivery.

F) - The customer who wishes to undertake size, colour or item change, of equal or higher amount, must perform “The Return Procedure”, see below, and make a new order on the site Galianostore.com.

G) - Galianostore.com will not accept returns for underwear items.

In case of failed return, the customer will have to comply with the conditions listed above, Galianostore.com reserves the right not to accept the goods delivered and returned to the client at the expense of the latter.


In order to return a received item please follow carefully “The return procedure” that we here describe through the following steps:

The registered customers on our portal have to log in to the personal account "My orders" and choose the order to render. Ask for a new RMA request and select the item or the items to render. Make sure to fill in all the required information. One or more pictures and documents can also be attached to prove the request which will be automatically submited and then authorised.

The unregistered customers will be able to submit the RMA request by using the link below My Order and Returns. Make sure to fill in all the required information and click on "See order". Select the item or the items to render and confirm it.

Send the package back to Galiano SRL ufficio spedizioni via Roma, 59 80014 Giugliano (NA) Italy The return shipment of goods is at customers full responsibility. The expedition is at the risk of the Customer: Galianostore.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same package in which they were received or same type. Inside the package, the customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outer packaging, to guarantee the customer and Galianostore.com against tampering.

Include the receipt in the packaging that you want to return or exchange (valid only for Italian delivery) and the returns and echanges instruction's form appropriately filled out.

All items will be made subject to inspection by the Galianostore.com staff that will verify compliance with the conditions of return. Please note: socks, underwear, swimwear and perfume CANNOT BE RETURNED. Galianostore.com reserves the right to assess additional charges if they prove necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined after the evaluation of the condition of the returned items and communicated to the Customer. Return delivery costs will be charged to the client by deduction from the due refund amount.


If the return procedure was performed properly, in compliance with all mentioned conditions, the Customer will receive an email of acceptance of occurred return. The reimbursement will usually happen by redirecting the amount due to the processed credit card (if the case the order was paid by credit card), PayPal account(if the order was paid with PayPal)or wire transfer in the case of bank transfer.
